I have been suffering from constipation for four years I took all types of medicines tht were prescribed by doctor nd i also took home remedy also Untill i take medicine ,no problem nd when i stop ,again start constipation Medicine tht i have taken is softovac,nexpro l,pegalup ,sr- lax nd many more

I can understand your concern

chronic constipation now a days is big health issue .
it is due to,not drinking sufficient amount of water which is required to intestines

so digestion&absorption wont happen in intesines properly
it leads to constipation and difficulty in passage of stool

plz drin drink plenty of water after food intake .
have a regular exercise for fitness of body
avoid stress related issues

take plenty of fruits and fibre content vegetables .
it will subside if you change in your lifestyle .. ok
