Good evening sir,my daughter, age is 3and 1/2years, suffering from sever cough and cold last three days (Urti). Today she is coughing continue and not taking any food due to cough,baby has anorexia, Doctor has advice Dezacor sur, Térez syr ,anticold syr, and Neopeptine syr .pls give your expert opinion in this Regards.

it is viral infection which is self limiting. to control fever crocin can be given. corex cough syrup can be given since itis self limiting i twill be alright withintendays.
