Suggest Treatment For Chronic Cough And Throat Irritation
Have a place at the back of my throat that must be irritated chronic cough for about four weeks. Thought it was a cold. Placed on z-pak and antibiotic but it is still hanging on feel clammy, sweatty at times altho not running a significant fever and fatigued.

Here you have cough since four week...
You were given antibiotic and now improving with no fever ...
It is better to do chest x ray for rule out bronchitis like condition...If needed Spirometry done to assess severity ...
If x ray normal and residual cough present than further work up needed with throat swab and sputum cytology examination....

Advise : pulmonologist consultation
