Hi,

Because symptoms are chronic thus we have to check blood pressure, neck movements, and look for pallor and murmur and have to ask for cochlear symptoms (deafness, tinnitus), and vestibular symptoms (nystagmus and vertigo), thus symptom wise approach will be:

- Ask for Hb%, X-ray cervical spine (cervical spondylitis), ENT check up and Ophthalmic check up.
- If giddiness is severe, or associated with any neurological sign, refer to Neurologist.
- Till then take tablet cinnarzine 25 mg: 1 thrice daily till giddiness is controlled along with capsule B complex.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
