Suggest Treatment For Chronic Drainage In Throat With Clear Mucous
I have this cronic drainage down my throat. When I am able to get it to come up it is thick almost clear mucus. I voice sounds rough and I am always clearing my throat. In Florida where we have a second home it is somewhat better. I am 58 and tired also I have a queasy stomach and consitapation at times.

Saline nasal spray can help in loosening the mucous and easy draining. Do steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room. You should sleep with head slightly raised so that the sinus can easily clear off.
