General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, repeated and recurrent sinopulmonary infections of upper respiratory tract do indicate bacterial and viral infections as etiological agents. Various possibilities in this regard are must to be considered in terms of immuno-deficiencies via T or B cell abnormalities:
- Combined variable immuno-deficiency
- DiGeorge syndrome
- Hyper IgM syndrome
- Ataxia telengiectasia
- Wiskot Aldrich syndrome
- Others

A visit to expert Immunologist is best recommended in this regard for final diagnosis and cure accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
