Suggest Treatment For Chronic Fatigue When Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia

I have been dealing with fibromyalgia for many years after a 21/2 year bout with Chronic Fatigue. Osteopororosis and spinal stenosis complete the list. I am so tired most of the time, depressed and in pain most of my waking time. I take enough meds to help me sleep, thank heavens, but I am 75 and can t find a great deal of pleasure in life. I am starting to think about suicide more and more. Does anyone has any advice ?

Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that fibromyalgia itself is cause of fatigue. It’s very common to have depression and suicidal thoughts along with fibromyalgia. You can ask your physician to step up medications and take pain therapies.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
