Suggest Treatment For Chronic Foot Pain, Including Flat Feet, Plantar Fasciitis, And Morton’s Neuroma

I have terrible issues with my feet. I have flat feet, plantar faciatis and Morton’s neuroma in both feet. Several yrs ago I had the release surgery and neuroma surgery in my rt foot. Provided some relief. Now my rt foot feels like my toes are constantly trying to clench. They always hurt. They feel like there are rubber bands pulling in all my toes. Socks and blankets even hurt my foot. No shoe helps, but some hurt less. I do take ibuprofen or Tylenol but I have to stop depending on that. I have serious stomach issues. I have taken CBD - it did nothing. I exercise my feet when I can. I just retired. I’ve dealt with these issues since I was a child. Just would like to walk and live w less pain if possible. Thank you
