Suggest Treatment For Chronic Headache And Blurred Vision

I have been experiencing a constant headache for approx. 1 week. it moves from the left to the right side of my head. I also feel like I m in a haze some of the time. I am not experiencing any blurred vision, but the headache is in the front part of my head.

I think that you have a regular headache which is occurring over the course of 1 week. The headache occurs due to the dilatation of the blood vessels which leads to the pain. Here are a few things that you can try to help you:
Drink lots of water
Inhale steam to clear the nasal passages
Take 1 tablet Paracetamol 2 to 3 times a day
Try to get good sleep and about 8 hours of sleep at a time

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
