Thank you for writing to HCM

It seems that you have a migraine. A migraine is a recurrent type of headache and the pain is caused by dilatation of the blood vessels in the head.

Also, migraines usually occur when there are trigger factors which cause the headaches to start. Usually you can identify the trigger factors easily. Once you identify the trigger factor, you can manage this by avoiding the trigger factor. This will help you to prevent further headaches.

Along with this, I think you have itching because of release of histamine due to injuries that you have. You can try a few things to help you recover:
-Drink lots of water
-Get enough sleep and sleep for 8 hours daily
-Inhale steam to help you clear the nasal passages
-Take tablet Paracetamol 500mg once a day to help you prevent the headache
-Take tablet Cetirizine 10mg once a day to help you

Please follow up after 5 days. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Hope this helps you
