Suggest Treatment For Chronic Hives Throughout Body While Sweating And Redness On Face

i have chronic hives all over my body whenever I sweat , get hot or be in the sun. My face turns very red and I feel like I am going to pass out. I have to sit down. my heart feels like someone climbed in it and is slowly banging a drum inside. when I sit down and cool down , I feel better for the moment. the next time I get heated, it happens again.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You have a form of urticaria called cholinergic urticaria.

This is the formation of hives with heat, exercise or stress. In your case heat/sweat.

Treatment involves: (1)avoiding triggers if possible
(2)antihistamines, cetirizine is thought to be helpful
(3)leukotriene inhibitors such as ketotifen, singulair
(4)beta blockers such as propanolol may also be used.

You may want to consult either an allergist or dermatologist

I hope this helps
