Suggest Treatment For Chronic Insomnia
Hello, I suffer from severe sleep insomnia. I have been on 10mg nightly of Zolpidem (Ambien) for probably over a year maybe 2 yrs. It appears to not be working as well on me as it did in the beginning. I have trouble falling a sleep. When I do fall a sleep I don t have a problem during sleep. It is just falling a sleep. I have a Psychiatrist and meant to call her today but I had other errands to do. I have had this sleep insomnia problem for yrs..Every time the drug combination doesn t work she switches me to something else. I also take MIRTAZAPINE 15MG. Any suggestions??
