ESR 42,HB -14.7,Random Blood Sugar - 5.73,Rhematoid Factor - Negative,WBC Count - 6400,Uric Acid - 378,Age 32..Please tell m the reason.Earlier I have an Uric acid 420 and and having swelling on my legs joint but still it contines...When I consult doctor he told its a type of ghout but since 6 months swelling is there.....

Hello,

Normally uric acid levels are explained in mmol/lit or mg/dl. But you didn't mention the units.

In case of increased uric acid levels are treated with diet and regular exercise. Use tablet xyloric 100 mg twice a day. Avoid non vegetarian food and alcohol.

If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
