Suggest Treatment For Chronic Leg Pain

I am having consistent pain in my legs more on the right leg but both have issues. The pain that bothers me most feels like my leg is sunburnt at all times but is worse when trying to sleep. The right knee feels like it s cramping up and pops when I intend it. Both feet are numb around the toes again mostly when trying to sleep.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be the musculoskeletal condition some time it may be due to muscular spasm just one condition and that needs to be ruled out with the help of MRI, and that is sciatica till then I would advised to manage the pain with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
