Hi,

Due to cirrhosis the clotting factors, which is synthesized in the liver, is deficient. Besides that cirrhotic patients also develop esophageal varices bleeding and hemorrhoids due to opening of portosystemic shunt. She needs a liver transplant for treatment, otherwise there is no other way out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
