Suggest Treatment For Chronic Lobular Panniculitis

Punch biopsy resulted to Chronic Lobular Panniculitis. Immunohistochemistry results CD3 positive, CD20 focally positive & LCA positive. Are there any other tests to be taken? Is there a cure or treatment? What can I do to decrease pain and swelling? Thank you.
