Suggest Treatment For Chronic Low RBC And High Alkaline Phosphatase Levels

My alkaline phosphatase reading is a little high (164). I having chronic low RBC, have lupus, and am now having loose green stool when I move my bowels. Any ideas? getting additional bloodwork done this afternoon, but wondering if any offer of advice is out there???

Hello
I think tou have to do further examination :
1. Full blood count and reticulocytes
2. Direct and indirect Coombs test
3. Analyse of the stool for occult blood
4. LDH and haptoglobin levels
