Suggest Treatment For Chronic Lower Back Problems

I am almost 30 years old and for almost ten years now experienced discomfort/pain in my lower back and front lower abdomen. They did an ultrasound and pap smear about 6 years ago right after I had my first son and said that the cysts that they found were non cancerous. Since having daughter back in May of 2014 I have noticed more discomfort in lower back towards the lower abdomen...what could it be and what should I do?
