Suggest Treatment For Chronic Nasal Congestion

I have had continuous nasal congestion for probably a year now. I m able to clear it but it takes a lot of blowing and results in bleeding. The discharge is hard chunks yet very sticky. I live in a very dry climate and the elevation is around 5000 feet. I take a regular aspirin everyday as I supposedly have a blood coagulation condition. A long shower usually helps me clear my nose easier. What can I do to ease this situation?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Persistent nasal congestion may be allergy, sinus infection, nasal polyp, rhinitis, dry climate and deviated nasal septum.
Advice

2.     Cefixime 100 mg every 12 hours per oral daily for 7 days
3.     Ambroxol 30 mg daily per oral for 5 days
4.     Continue aspirin as suggested
5.     Do gargle with slight warm salt water four times daily
6.     Do not eat heavily at a time. Eat smaller meals
