Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain sinus pressure, pressure around head along with fatigue seems to be due to sinus infection or sinusitis..
As you have allergies for which you are taking allergy shots, it is also a cause for the same..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigation like PNS View or MRI scan can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
In case of sinus infection you can be advised to take a course of antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestants oral like Phenylephrine and nasal spray like Xylometazoline..
Steroid nasal sprays can also help..
Do steam inhalation and saline nasal irrigation..
Use a humidifier in your room..
Drink plenty of water and avoid chilled foods and air conditioned atmosphere..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
