Suggest Treatment For Chronic Neck And Scapular Pain

I have have chronic neck and scapular pain. Recently had injections to left sided cervical facets at C3, 4, 5, 6. This procedure has not made a significant difference to pain level. Now I have an area over my left scapula with the following pain profile - burning and itching. Any clue?
