General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think it can be spondyloarthrosis and you may need to redo an MRI of the cervical neck. Taking antiinflammatory drugs such Advil or naproxen can be helpful. Physical therapy can help with pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
