General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* Chronic pain syndrome post severe multiple trauma may be sign of underlying neurologic disorder involving the sensory nerves or roots at spinal cord or brain level.

There is definite reason for your agony and medicines not helping, which has to be evaluated.

Kindly provide me recent reports of vertebra and brain MRI for my reference and study to guide thoroughly in details at a better level of clinical precision.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
