General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to the degenerative disc disease.

I suggest using painkiller such as Ibuprofen for the pain.

Physical therapy may also be very helpful in relieving the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
