Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pansinusitis

I had CT done. I have severe sneezing attacks An when I say severe i men close to 200 sneezes in a day or more An the next day I am fine the a week later it happens again. It s getting worse An worse each time An closer An closer together. My Ct says I have changes bilateral maxillary , ethmoid, an frontal sinus disease an osteomeatal units are obstructed bilaterally. Final dx is chronic pansinusitis. What will be my treatment

The best treatment for you would be to start you on steroid sprays, antihistaminics like levocetrizine and steam inhalation. This will help control your sneezing and help reduce the sinusitis and control your symptoms, Please meet an ENT doctor.
