Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pelvic Pain And Chest Pain

I have chronic pelvic pain and chest pain and have endometriosis and symptoms of PCOS. The discomfort is taking over my life at this point. Dr's say I have costochondritis but I was wondering how do they tell if its endometrial cells or not? Also, I've been on lupron depot to treat the endometriosis..is the next step laprascopy surgery?
