Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pelvic Pain And Heavy Bleeding During Menstruation

Dr,have been having pelvic pain for the pass 7yrs,I. Went through myomectomy in 2008,later I. Rpeated uss and my Dr said I have adenomyosis he place me on Zoladex for 6month and thereafter I repeated the scan My radIology told me that is fibroid but my present sypstom is pelvic pain,severe during menstration,and heaving bleeding,lengthen period.pls Dr help am Confuse.
