Hello, Developed my first severe headache, acute nerve type pain in right eye on 1/5/15 in the evening, headache included sinuses and on top of head, went away with sleep... came back the next evening with light and sound sensitivity... never had a migraine before- sinus surgery 8 years ago. Have been treated by FP with steroids and toradol which relieved the headache... but it continues to come back. Exacerbates with computer/tv or telephone usage. Have done a CT of the brain in ER which showed upper sinus congestion, have been to 2 ENTs that said chronic sinusitis. Have also done 15 days of Augmentin- White blood count elevated when had to visit the ER... treated for migraine and another steroid shot and toradol IV. Await CT results of sinus tomorrow. Went to optometrist and vision fine, tested visual fields and fine. With the headaches I get ptosis and inner eye lids redden and eye swells... eye doctor suspects sinus tumor or brain lesion... your opinion??? See ENT tomorrow and was going to ask for MRI and MRA.
