Suggest Treatment For Chronic Sinusitis

I have had chronic sinusitis for the last 4 years. I saw an ENT who had me do an MRI which showed some thickening in one of my sinus cavities, but not much else. He didn t recommend any treatment apart from steroid nasal sprays. I ve been in pain throughout the 4 years, along with dizziness and pressure in my ears (as well as tinnitus). Is there any hope? Thank you!

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Chronic sinus is a difficult condition to treat.

The best possible option is surgical procedures like FESS (Functional endoscopic sinus survey).

Consult an ENT specialist and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
