Suggest Treatment For Chronic Sinusitis

I was almost a month on antibiotics my ENT doctor advice ( cefdinir 300 mg twice a day ) after cat scan diagnosed with chronic sinusitis without real improvement . Now doctor advice to operate . Is it a good way to go or any other remedy to try ? . Thanks , Joseph

Hello,

If you have used nasal decongestant sprays and antibiotics. If there is no improvement, then better to go for endoscopic correction. Taking vitamin c daily is also good.
