Suggest Treatment For Chronic Stomach Cramps Post Laproscopic Surgery For Endometriosis

I have really bad stomach cramps, was naseated and that s gone. I have the cramping on and off for over a year. I had laparoscopic surgery done 3 months ago for endometriosis. My cramping today has gotten really bad and it s in my right and left side. Should I go to the ER and get checked or wait for instacare to open? Should I be concerned?

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your recurrent abdominal cramps that occur on both side of your abdomen following a previous history of laparoscopic surgery for Endometriosis I am suggesting a possible relapse Endometriosis

In view of this please do a pelvic scan and schedule an appointment with a gynecologist specialist for expert clinical assessment and adequate drug treatment

If no improvement then revision surgery becomes the last resort

Meanwhile take any of the following Tablet nurofen Tylenol feldene

I hope this helps Regards
