Suggest Treatment For Chronic Vomiting

my husband has been throwing up almost everyday. he is on PD dialysis and we thought that was the cause but many times he is empty and now he is appearing to almost pass out when he vomits and it seem to be going on longer and longer no matter what he eats, is it called the vagus nerve that could be trigering this

Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
Persistent vomiting in patient on PD dialysis seem to be due to uremic gastritis. Do his rental function tests and electrolytes and consider him for dialysis again.
I would like to advise you to start him on intavenous antiemetic like metochlopramide TDS and IV Proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole 40 mg OD.
