Suggest Treatment For Chylous Ascites In An Infant

my 5 month old grandbaby has chylous ascites and is leaking fluid into her abdomen. a drain is implanted to relieve the pressure. no progress has been made in stopping the leakage. she has been on octreotide for 4 months with no improvement, this has now been stopped.

its really unfortunate but it an extremely rare condition to have. the treatment modality depends on if and when the cause of the leak could be identified
till then symptom and pressure relief is the only answer.
i wish i could help any more than that,because there is no answer which can be complete
