Suggest Treatment For Circular Headache

I have had terrible circular headacahe right sided down through my neck and shoulder. Right sinus has not been stuffy, but breathing through it causes shooting pain up through my eye, right side of head, actual sore to touch area behind my right ear and on down through neck and shoulder. I have had 2 rounds of antibiotics, saw ENT who prescribed titrated dose starting at 60 mg prednisone. After first dose, pain was better, but it has come back as I have weaned myself off of prednisone. CT scan showed minimal abnormal soft tissue partially obstructing the right maxillary osteomeatal complex. I am seeing my ENT again next WEd but am concerned if this is serious?

Hello,

The symptoms are consistent with common causes like a migraine or a tension headache, as a first line management, you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
