Suggest Treatment For Circumcision And Swollen Shaft Of The Penis
I masturbated longer than normal and I went for a second orgasm. I was rock hard but when I went to use the bath room I notice the foreskin flap (what s left of it, I m circumcised) and the whole shaft was really puffy and swollen. I ve waited a few hours not touching it. I ve tried putting water on it but it doesn t seem like it s going away. :/

Noted your short history of circumscribed penis, went for masturbation for long and had second orgasm, but the edema developed that is not getting settled.
Since there is overuse it is possible that there is fluid development in the loose connective tissue layer and thus the edema.
The other cause can be rupture of a subcutaneous vein and in such a situation there is will additional blue discoloration of the skin.
IF there is blue discoloration then it is best to consult a Doctor, preferably a General Surgeon so that the hematoma can be evacuated and the vein ligated for best and early recovery.
If there is no discoloration means simple edema and this will settle with time with the helps of anti-inflammatory medications, rest to the part by taking Amitriptyline to avoid morning erection.
If the shaft has become flaccid then nothing to worry as if the erection continued then the blood may need drainage.
Take care next time to have mild form of masturbation and not to be lengthy or harsh on penis.
