Suggest Treatment For Clear Fluid Filled Blisters After An Accident

Hai i have a scrap during bike accident it was healed a week ago but a bluster with clear fluid is forming around that healed pink scar and bursted by leaving a small redush hole with clear liquid why would it happen please suggest a good medicine to me
