Suggest Treatment For Clogged Ear

Dear doc, my left ear is been clogged for 3 days, I never had this problem before,I tried some basic home remedy, didn t help, I used qtip to clean it today,qtip comes out little bit black and no ear wax, it hurts littlebit not so much but it s really bad feeling, my husband blow cigaret smoke in it but didn help,should I get something from farmacy or go see a doctor, thanks alot in advance. Read and understood your history.
The commonest reason for clogged ears are :
- Impacted wax
- Fluid in the middle ear with intact tympanic membrane
This can be differentiated only if the inside of the ear canal can be seen.
Hence the best way is to consult a Doctor who can see and get you the diagnosis, The best way would be to consult an ENT Surgeon.
He will not only diagnose but also treat you accordingly.
Hence the best way is to consult an ENT and not try anything at home.
