General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It seems you have clogged and stuffy nose which indicates sinus involvement. This is likely to caused blocked eustachian tube (which controls pressure on ear drum). The blocked tune with inflammation can result in affection of middle ear / internal ear causing your symptoms of dizziness. For self care you should:
-Avoid known allergens
- Inhale vapor to sooth swollen eustachian tubes
-Take over the counter anticold with decongestant pill like Sinarest
Consultation of an ENT specialist would help in confirming the cause followed by specific medicines that suit you.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
