Suggest Treatment For Clogged Ears

I am not quite prone to sinuse infections and I am not currently sick. My ear does tend to bother me from time to time and I do occasionally use a solution for earwax buildup. I have been hearing an echo when I talk and to other sounds so I thought of cleaning my ears yesterday. My ears are still echoing and some of the Google answers of severe medical conditions has been scaring me a little. Can you help?

Hello
This can either be wax or middle ear effusion. You need to see a specialist who can diagnose. Do not insert ear drops without knowing what is this condition.
