Suggest Treatment For Closed Comedones On The Face

I have a bad problem with closed comedones. Ive tried just about everything to get them to go away but nothing seem to work. Its mostly bad on my cheeks but on my temples and chin it is also bad. I dont want to squeez them becuase I feel that gets me no where but Im a senior in high school and have the ance of a 12 year old, help please
