Suggest Treatment For Club Foot

Hello, we have a 2 month old granddaughter who was born with club foot. They are presently treating her with stretching exercises and taping the foot. They go 5 days a week to the hospital for therapy and also stretch the foot at home. The hospital referred them to a local dr. For evaluation and possibly surgery and casting, but he no longer treats infants. They haven t been able to find someone else to help her. Outside of traveling to U of M , about 90 miles one way, what would you suggest and is time of the essence as she is grow so quickly. Thank you for your help.
