General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that you might be having costo-chondritis and might aggravate condition while having cough and cold.
This might be due to lack of active exercises and having sedentary life style.
Go for regular physical exercises like running, jogging, swimming etc daily for 30-35 minutes for 5 days in a week.
Go for deep breathing exercises as well.
Ok and take care.
