Suggest Treatment For Cold And Cough Along With Running Nose

sir my son is 31/2 year old and having cold and cough with running nose for last five days ,day before yesterday he complained of severe ear ache,i called our doc but she was not in town so yesterday evening i gave him clamp forte kid 5ml, maxtra 5ml ,and T 98 5ml for fever as he was having around 102 fever.
Sir pls tell anytihing wrong i did.

I understand your concern about your son. You have not done anything wrong by giving him medication when doctor was not available. I would like to suggest you to visit doctor now, for physical examination of your son. All the best.
