Suggest Treatment For Cold And Cough In An Infant

my baby is 2 and half years old. she is suffering from running nose with continous cough since 19th Dec. i had consult the Doctor on 29th Dec. after his assessment chest is clear no sign of any infection in the oral cavity. after taking the Mucolyte and Teczine its was decrease after that again i had sent my baby in school since monday but yesterday onwards i am observing her that the cough with running nose started again and today morning she had an episode of vomiting due to continous coughing. please kindly suggest me what should i do . should i cont. the medicine again. If i continue also will it harm my baby.

I really appreciate your concern, this is the very common symptoms in this age group and it is due to allergic condition may long last, but it has to be sent for investigation if nothing positive being detected then it is nothing to worry, condition can be managed with antihistamine if the symptoms are sever else this is kind of episodes that comes and goes hope this information
