Suggest Treatment For Cold And Cough With Greenish Phlegm

Hallo sir, my child age 5, he is suffering cold form last 3 years and he couldn't take breath well at night sleeping. yellow and greenish colors cough gather in nose. Dr. says to us no worry about his nasal bone operation today pl. suggest me what i do!

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems like your child is suffering from sinus infection known as Sinusitis and it can lead to post nasal drip, cough and congestion.
You should consult a Paediatrician and get evaluated and a PNS View of the sinuses or MRI of the sinuses can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
As he is undergoing nasal bone surgery there is a possibility that he has a Deviated nasal septum and needs septoplasty..
He will be given proper ventilation protocols and post surgical management will include antibiotics, painkillers, decongestants so that he does not feel congested nd ease breathing
