Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You may be suffering from pharyngitis. It may be due to viral or bacterial infection or may be due to post nasal discharge or granular pharyngitis etc. Allergy also one of the triggering factor. Use tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625 twice day for five days. Do salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. If no improvement please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
