General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Please do these basic test as soon as possible.

1. CBC2
2. Liver profile
3. X-ray chest to rule out the cause of your child problem

However, there are multiple causes for his problems as follows:

1. Loss of appetite and vomiting could be the reason OF hepatitis, jaundice or any GI disease.

2. Cough along with loss of appetite could be the reason for URTI OR LRTI.

3. IT could be simply anemia which causes loss of appetite and giddiness.

Please do these laboratory investigations and let me know the report.

Hope this will help. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks,
Dr. Shajra Mukadam
