Suggest Treatment For Cold, Cough And Ear Infection In Infant

My 5 months old baby for cold, cough and little ear infection. Doctor started with Antibiotics yesterday, but they gave him a steroid shot today as well. As per him , his ear infections was progressing compared to yesterday. it is safe to take steroids for 5 months old baby boy

Hello,

He should continue to take antibiotics and steroids treatment as recommended by the doctor. It is safe for him to take cortico-steroids. You should also give him acetaminophen for fever.
