Suggest Treatment For Cold, Cough And Severe Nasal Congestion

Hi there, I have this cold since April and I was told it is an allergy which I never had. This cold will not leave me alone, I cough a lot when sleeping with severe blocked nose. I have lost my sense of smell in this case I can t smell anything good or bad. What shall I do in this case. Have tried so many cold medications but still problem still persist.

for running nose and sneezing and for cold u can take decongestive agents e.g. Levo-cetrizine tablets 2/3 times a day. but if u have block nose or cough with plenty sputum and difficulty to remove sputum than u should take cough expectorants syrup e.g syrup containing turbutaline and ambroxol which helps to remove sputum easily. so don't mix up both different treatment.
