Suggest Treatment For Cold Feet With Warmer Rest Of The Body

Hi, my feet are very cold , no matter how warm the rest of my body is. I can get them warmed by putting them on a heated bean bag. When they get warm , they are very hot and itchy on the bottom but remains cold on the top of the foot. I have been taking Dom- Gabzpentin for the past month and no change, now My Dr. has added Apo- Nortriptyline
